Business License

The Town Clerk's Office is the record keeping department for the Town of Wiscasset. The office issues Birth, Marriage and Death and all other official documents. Marriage licenses are by appointment only.  Downloadable forms available at the bottom of this page.

The State of Maine discontinued the issuance of drivers licenses at the Wiscasset Town Office however; any Maine licensed driver with an active license, motorcycle license and any holder of a Maine ID card may use online service to renew their license. Online Drivers License renewal
